Yes. All memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Absolutely. You can change your tier at the start of any billing month. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades from the following month.
Court hours and wellness sessions reset each week (Pro / Prime) or month (Active). Unused allocations do not carry over.
Your game is recorded on court and processed by AI to provide detailed feedback on technique, positioning, and patterns — delivered as a personalised report.
There is currently no joining fee for any membership tier. Simply select your plan and get started straight away.
Off-peak hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00. Included training sessions must be taken during these hours.
